Mingle with West
Port Coquitlam Mayor Brad West is the guest of honour for the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce’s Mingle with the Mayor reception. West will speak with business owners and community leaders about Port Coquitlam issues. The event from 4:30 to 6 p.m. is at Dinakis Mediterranean Grill (101-2020 Oxford Conn., Port Coquitlam). Tickets are $30 for Chamber members and $45 for non-members.

VoiceStory
Put your cell phone down and connect with a human at VoiceStory, a workshop about learning how to communicate and practising the art of conversation. The event takes place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in Room 127 in the City Centre branch of the Coquitlam Public Library (1169 Pinetree Way).
