Ring, stick and puck
Practice your hockey or ringette skills at the Port Coquitlam Community Centre (2150 Wilson Ave.). The activity from 7:30 to 9 a.m. is open to ages four and up and who can skate. Skaters ages eight and under must be accompanied by a supervisor age 16 and older. Goalies are not permitted.

PoCo skate
Lace up your skates for a spin at the Port Coquitlam Community Centre (2150 Wilson Ave.). There are three sessions today for the public: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 1:30 to 3 p.m.; and 7:30 to 9 p.m.

Legion music
Take to the dance floor at the Royal Canadian Legion branch 263 in Coquitlam (1025 Ridgeway Ave.) as the Diggers hits the stage at 7 p.m.

Jingle Bells
Sing along with carolling groups as you stroll around Lights at Lafarge, the largest free outdoor light display in Metro Vancouver. The event at Town Centre Park in Coquitlam (1299 Pinetree Way) takes place at 7 p.m. where everyone will stop where they are and sing the song “Jingle Bells” in unison to try to break a world record. There will also be games at the Town Centre Park Community Plaza; be sure to take a selfie with a North Pole VIP.

PoMo Panthers
Grab a seat at the Port Moody Recreation Complex (300 Ioco Rd.) to cheer on the Port Moody Panthers as the ice hockey team battles Grandview at 7:45 p.m.
