Tri-City residents with dogs have one day left to renew their dog licenses to get a discount. All pups six months or older must be licensed in the municipalities.

Looking to de-stress in a creative way? Join participants for a relaxing painting session at the Port Moody Public Library (100 Newport Dr.). Artists of all skill levels are welcome. All supplies are provided for the class that runs from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

MUSICAL MATINEE
Canadian cellist Cameron Crozman joins pianists Marcel and Elizabeth Bergmann for a Musical Matinees performance titled Reflections. The recital at the Evergreen Cultural Centre in Coquitlam (1205 Pinetree Way) starts at 2:30 p.m. and includes “Requiebros” (Memories) by Gaspar Cassado, “Blue Autumn” by Marcel Bergmann and “Spiegel im Spiegel” by Arvo Pärt. Tickets are $32/$28/$16.

KARAOKE NIGHT
Sing some familiar tunes with friends at the Royal Canadian Legion branch 263 in Coquitlam (1025 Ridgeway Ave.). The karaoke mic is open from 7 to 10 p.m.
