Queens of comedy
Mark International Women’s Day with three comediennes: Jane Stanton, Sophia Johnson and Britney Lyseng. The trio will appear at the Inlet Theatre in Port Moody City Hall (100 Newport Dr.) at 7 p.m. Tickets are $38.

Carney Shrek
Grab a seat in the Terry Fox Theatre (1260 Riverwood Gate, Port Coquitlam) to see the Shrek: The Musical by students at Archbishop Carney Regional Secondary School. Nicolas Lam takes the lead role. The performance with a live orchestra starts at 7 p.m. and is family friendly. Tickets are $18.
