A downed power line pole blocked the tracks at the Port Coquitlam West Coast Express station Tuesday morning, resulting in the station being closed and several of the commuter trains bypassing the station.

Reports of the track blockage were received at 6:20 a.m., said Ken Hardy of Translink. PoCo passengers were bused to the Coquitlam station, and the second and third trains of the morning ran late.

The pole was removed in time for the final trains to resume their regular schedule.
