Coquitlam's Ben Ayesu-Attah won the men's 400-metre race Friday in a personal-best 46.86 seconds at the Western Athletic Conference track and field finals in Moscow, Idaho.
A Heritage Woods high school grad and a freshman at the University of Idaho, the Coquitlam Cheetahs' club member thus qualified for the World Junior Championships in Spain in July.
