Kristina Collins of Port Coquitlam pumped in 22 points but her Simon Fraser Clan were bounced 76-72 by the Northwest Nazarene Crusaders in a university women's basketball game Thursday in Nampa, Idaho.

A Riverside secondary grad, Collins played all 40 minutes as the Clan dipped to 10-6 overall, including 5-3 in Great Northwest Athletic Conference (NCAA Div. 2) action.

"We gave up too many offensive boards that led to them taking 17 more shots than us," said SFU head coach Bruce Langford. "I think we shot the ball well but we gave them way too many second-chance points."

The Clan visits the Central Washington Wildcats on Saturday, 7 p.m.
