The Coquitlam Express had a rough Thanksgiving weekend on the road.
The team lost all three matches, dropping a 3-2 decision to the Alberni Valley Bulldogs before losing 2-1 to the Cowichan Valley Capitals. Coquitlam finished the weekend with a 7-6 loss to the Power River Kings.
The losses have not helped the Express in the standings. The team now sits in last place in the Mainland Division with a 2-7-0-1 record.
Coquitlam returns home on Friday, when they will take on the Chilliwack Chiefs at the Poirier Sport and Leisure Complex. Puck drop is at 7 p.m. For more information go to www.coquitlamexpress.ca.
