DYNAMITE DRAW

The Coquitlam Metro Ford Dynamite played to a 0-0 draw against the GEU Thunder on the weekend in a tightly matched, defensive affair.

Midfielders Rose Mendes, Jenna Kear and Annelise Denny provided the push to keep the play mostly in the Thunder's end but the forwards failed to capitalize on their chances.

Despite the lack of scoring Dynamite strikers Cassie Weimer and Amelia Knight supported by Liz Stewart and Ciara Petti caused havoc in the Thunder's penalty area. However, in the end the Dynamite could not put one past the keeper and the game remained tied, despite several spectacular chances.
