Dinwoodie on Pacific puck coaching staff

Coquitlam's Jim Dinwoodie has been named an assistant coach of the Team Pacific squad that will compete in the 2012 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge in Winnipeg, beginning next December. Dinwoodie has been involved extensively with B.C.

Coquitlam's Jim Dinwoodie has been named an assistant coach of the Team Pacific squad that will compete in the 2012 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge in Winnipeg, beginning next December.

Dinwoodie has been involved extensively with B.C. Hockey the last 10 years, particularly with the men's U-17 and U-16 High Performance programs. He served as head coach of the B.C. squad that competed in the 2009 Western Canada Branch Challenge and brings with him "a strong technical background and strong leadership skills," according to a Monday press release.
