Huge wins for both Jr. Adanacs and Saints

The win boosted the first-place Jr. A's to 6-0 on the season, while the once-mighty Jr. Lakers dipped to 1-5.

Vincent Ricci rallied the Jr. A's with three goals and five assists, while Matt Symes also potted a hat trick.

Michael Messenger, Matthew Dinsdale and Cole Shafer all tallied twice for the victors, while Reid Reinholdt also scored.

At PoCo Rec Centre on Sunday, the host Saints improved to 3-3 on the campaign after doubling the Nanaimo Jr. Timbermen 14-7.

The Saints broke open a 4-3 second-period lead by out-scoring 0-7 Nanaimo 10-4 the rest of the way.

Richard Lachlan and Nash Harrison pumped in three goals each for the Saints, with Garrett Chan, Cody Craven and Matt Delmonico netting a pair apiece. Connor Goodwin and Mitch Cavalarin also scored for PoCo.
