The Port Moody Quicksilver managed to finish up their season with a silver medal after winning three-out-of-four of their matches at the 2014 Surrey Mayor's Cup last week.
Ainsley Trainner was the MVP in the first game as the Port Moody squad took two of their matches to the shootout over the weekend.
Mia Ciolli and Addie Dale scored key goals for the Quicksilver during the tournament who were backstopped by team MVP Carlina Manjivar with two clean sheets.
Game 3 and tournament MVP Jenna Jessa who was perfect at the sweeper position as opponent after opponent were run off the ball. Jenna was aided by the outstanding Sarah Choudhury who had a strong showing at the tourney.
Other players that had strong tournaments included Maryna Basko, Ellie Langr, Hayley Vendiola and team captain Natasha Lumagbas. Vanessa Giles also made some key plays in the must-win final game of the tournament.
