Coquitlam Minor Lacrosse Association's Trevor Wingrove Memorial Tournament runs this weekend at Poirier Sports Complex.
The event features 24 of the top teams in B.C. in three age divisions -- Peewee (11-12), Bantam (13-14) and Midget (15-16).
The tourney is considered the largest of its kind, with many of its players expected to go on to play in the Jr. 'A' ranks and, ultimately, the NLL and WLA. In fact, 14 of this year's teams are coached by ex-WLA players.
