The Coquitlam Express have had a tough time winning road games lately and Friday night was no different.

The BCHL hockey club lost 8-3 to the Langley Rivermen at the Langley Events Centre, a drubbing that saw Express starting goalie Cole Huggins pulled in the middle frame after letting in three goals on 21 shots. Backup netminder Daniel Urbani struggled the rest of the way, letting in five goals on 14 shots.

Langley opened the scoring in the first two minutes with a power play goal from James Robinson. The Rivermen's Mario Puskarich added a second goal before Coquitlam was able to score one of their own.
