Young golfers pure gold among pros, Juveniles

Coquitlam 14-year-old Henry Lee went wire-to-wire to win the B.C. Juvenile boys golf championship last week at Princeton Golf Club.

Coquitlam 14-year-old Henry Lee went wire-to-wire to win the B.C. Juvenile boys golf championship last week at Princeton Golf Club.

Lee took a four-stroke lead into Thursday's final day and shot 74 to finish with a three-round total of three-under-par 213, three strokes better than the next best player.

"I really didn't expect to win coming in," Lee said. "I am just happy to be called the Juvenile champion."

Coquitlam's Jooho Lee finished fifth in the 64-shooter field.
