New washroom being built for Coquitlam Crunch

New washroom facilities are coming to the Coquitlam Crunch Trail. The city announced this week that construction has begun on two facilities located at the lower level of the popular recreation amenity at Lansdowne Drive.
The 2.2 km Coquitlam Crunch has a 240 m elevation gain and can have as many as 52,000 visits per month during the summer.

New washroom facilities are coming to the Coquitlam Crunch Trail.

The city announced this week that construction has begun on two facilities located at the lower level of the popular recreation amenity at Lansdowne Drive. New outdoor water fountains with bottle filler and pet bowl taps as well as landscaping improvements are also part of the upgrades.

Construction is expected to begin immediately with completion scheduled for the fall. The city said that crews will work Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. with some occasional Saturday work.

The 2.2 km Coquitlam Crunch has a 240 m elevation gain and can have as many as 52,000 visits per month during the summer. The city said the trail enhancements were initiated after receiving feedback from the community and trail users.
