Elf Juice came out Thursday in support of Share Family and Community Services.

Port Moody’s Yellow Dog Brewing will have its new holiday beer out next week to raise money for Share Family and Community Services.

Elf Juice, a mandarin hazy IPA, is the brewer’s fifth edition in collaboration with the Vancouver radio station CFOX 99.3 FM.

It will be released Nov. 19.

"We’re really excited about this new Elf Juice Beer launch, as this marks our fifth year working on our holiday beer with Yellow Dog Brewing," said CFOX marketing and promotions manager Stephen Dolhagaray, in an email. "We always enjoy working with our local partners, expecially when we have the opportunity to raise funds for such a great cause with Share Family and Community Services."

Share CEO Claire MacLean also told the Tri-City News her non-profit is pleased to partner again with Yellow Dog, CFOX and the Jeff O’Neil Show for the suds fundraiser.

“Proceeds from the sales of Yellow Dog’s Elf Juice beer will support Share’s food bank — a critical source of support for families, seniors and individuals living in the Tri-Cities,” she wrote in an email.

Last year’s edition was called Fa-La-La-La-Lager while, in 2018, Yellow Dog produced Rye & Ginger Beer.

Meanwhile, CFOX will host its annual Santa Fox Food Drive — another benefit for Share — on Dec. 11 at Coquitlam Centre mall. The drive runs from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., and non-perishable food and cash can be donated.
