Re. Picture This, Adrian Raeside cartoon (Opinion, The Tri-City News, Sept. 26).
I don't know how to reply to this offering. Is it a cartoon or is it an opinion or a politically uninformed attempt at humour? If it is the latter, I would suggest that the artist either brush up on current events or look for another vocation.
The bulk of Canadian oil goes to the U.S.A., which our economy lives by. Without it, we would be in desperate shape.
Please, if the cartoonist wishes to comment on world conditions, he should try to get it somewhat closer to reality.
