Four food carts will be parked on the waterfront to compete with Pajo's, the Boathouse restaurant and the Rocky Point Ice Cream and Cafe. Starting this Sunday, diners can try some unique delicacies by This Little Piggy, Gourmet Hotties, Hottie Panzerotti and Old Country Pierogi.

The fare should be tasty, with menus including pulled-pork sandwiches, game meat hot dogs and pastas. Problem is, there's some uncertainty as to what kind of utensils will be provided. Will they be recyclable and biodegradable?

The lack of detail nearly scuttled the plan but, thankfully, council recognized that most people who eat outdoors are prepared for messy eating - and will bring their own napkins, even the non-bleached kind, if necessary.
