Re. "Which is superior: The CFL or the NFL?" (Face to Face, The Tri-City News, Nov. 15).
Comparing the NFL to the CFL is like comparing a Corvette to an Aveo.
The NFL is one of the most successful leagues in the world: 32 teams and billions of dollars in revenue. The CFL, with its soon to be nine teams, is a minor league in comparison.
Still, I prefer to watch the Canadian game. It's more wide open due to the rules and the larger field. I have seen many NFL games in person and the NFL game can be boring, although you have to admit the quality of the players is way ahead of the CFL's.
But I will continue to enjoy watching both leagues do their thing.
