The Editor,
I was jogging around Buntzen Lake Sunday morning and just about at end of the jog, near the dog park, I took quite a tumble. A couple who I had passed came back and helped me sit up, cleaned the cuts on my leg and arm, gave me some water and made sure I could walk away with my dog - an act of kindness
I didn't get their names but I wanted to say thanks to them and all people who ensure someone is safe after a fall or accident. Their help made quite the difference.
