I watch strangers dump their garbage into our garbage bin, which is located in the back alley of King Albert Avenue, on a regular basis.
On May 15 at 10 a.m., a women stopped in a black car and put two big cardboard boxes from children’s toys into the bin.
Not only is this wrong but the articles are clearly able to be recycled.
The bin is now under video surveillance and these people are going to be reported along with their plate numbers.
People should respect the rules and dispose of their garbage in the proper way
