The Editor,

Recently, we experienced road delays on Guildford Way just west of Johnson Street. The work being completed was filling hairline cracks in the road with a liquid tar solution and we noticed workers using a tool to measure the length of cracks, possibly for cost purposes. Nice artwork!

Today, another delay, with equipment removing the top of the road to resurface it after having paid out our tax dollars to seal the same section of cracks with liquid tar solution.

This is unbelievable use of our tax dollars. Who is looking after our money and controlling such waste?
