Re. “Coquitlam cameraman documents hardship and hope with Operation Rainbow” (The Tri-City News, Oct. 17).
I would like to compliment Mario Bartel and The Tri-City News on your story and photos on Randy Mennie and Operation Rainbow.
What a great endorsement of Mr. Mennie’s work and the important work of this charitable group.
It is a positive encouragement to all of us to read about this endeavour and how this group is making a human investment in the people of Hyderabad, India.
I am always uplifted by stories like this that show that individuals still have compassion and willingness to go where help is needed anywhere in the world.
Again, keep up the good work in letting us know about what willing people are doing and what we can do to help those who go.
