Spring has sprung, the flowers are blooming and the trees at Port Moody city hall are still blue.

At what point does this display cross the line between art and vandalism? This paint was meant to come off within a matter of months and more than a year later it doesn't show signs of fading.

Given that the artist, Konstantin Dimopoulos, has been painting trees all over the world, it can't come as a surprise to him.

I believe that Mr. Dimopoulos owes Port Moody an apology and an explanation for his artistic misrepresentation.
