The Editor,
After injuring my foot during a run on Patricia Avenue in Port Coquitlam, a very kind lady came out of her house and offered me a ride. I declined, saying my running partner had gone back to get the car and was going to pick me up at Hyde Creek rec centre. As I hopped along in extreme pain, another resident came out of his house and offered me a ride. This time, I did not decline as I had then realized I could not make it.
I want to say a big thank-you to these two very kind individuals for coming to my aid.
