Re. "Shame on MP for comments" (Letters, The Tri-City News, Dec. 18).
In response to letter writer Jane Thomsing suggesting that MP James Moore host a breakfast for malnourished children, who would pay for this?
Although I would be happy to donate for this, it definitely wouldn't be funded by Moore. The cost would be taken out of taxpayer funds and if, by chance, Moore did fund it, taxes could be increased to cover his losses with a pay increase.
