The Editor,
As a citizen living on a busy street in Port Coquitlam, I'm constantly in awe and irritated at how loud motorcycles are.
My children are forced to cover their ears while playing in the backyard and my guests and I are always made to pause mid-sentence while talking and wait for the offensive vehicle to pass.
My question is simple: Why, when it's in obvious violation of motor vehicle laws, is this allowed? The law is clear, why is it not enforced?
