Step into a world of enchantment as the Nanjing Qinhuai Lantern Show takes center stage. These exquisite lanterns, meticulously crafted by artisans, will showcase the beauty of diverse cultures.

The theme for this year's lantern show is the Chinese zodiac, with each lantern depicting the Year of the Rabbit. Prepare to be awed as these illuminated artworks create a breathtaking spectacle under the night sky.

Multicultural performances

The heart of the carnival beats with the rhythm of multicultural performances. More than 250 talented individuals from various ethnic groups will grace the stage with their music, dance, and artistic expressions.

The stage will come alive with the vibrant beats of Korean drums, the elegance of Argentine tango, the soulful melodies of Italian opera, and much more. These performances showcase the power of the arts to connect and inspire across cultural boundaries.

Multicultural experience: Engaging the senses

Immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of cultures through interactive activities and exhibits. Delve into the Multicultural Experience zone, where you can admire intricate handicrafts, try your hand at traditional arts like calligraphy, and get your face painted in the style of different cultures.

This year, a unique addition awaits — an immersive tea experience led by art teachers, offering an intimate exploration of tea traditions from around the world.

Festival market & food trucks

Indulge your taste buds and discover treasures from around the world at the Festival Market. Local vendors and international entrepreneurs will offer a range of products, from handcrafted jewellery to cultural artifacts.
