Hats off to Coquitlam Centre. The mall has set up two recycling areas in the food court and all waste flows through those two area. It's impressive and every tray is handle efficiently and the contents recycled.
Mall management and staff should be recognized for their efforts in setting an example for all similar food premises to follow.
