What time is it? For some kids, it's Tot Time. Tot Time pre-school at Coquitlam's Pinetree community centre is a licensed program that will introduce children to a pre-school structure through gross motor activities, crafts, circle time and play.

The Noons Creek Hatchery is always a busy place and the people who run it are looking for some helping hands. Operated by the Port Moody Ecological Society, the hatchery needs volunteers on weekdays for an hour or more to help with operations.

The Canadian Red Cross' health equipment loan program (HELP) depot in Port Coquitlam is in need of more volunteers. Volunteer support is critical in order to continue to loan health equipment to those in need.
