This year's A-List is up online and copies will be sent to doorsteps across Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody.

There will be Remembrance Day parades and ceremonies in Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody and Belcarra on Monday, Nov. 11.

Richard Bell's "Brotherhood" tells the story of 15 young men fighting for survival after their canoe capsizes on an Ontario lake.

Hundreds attended the second annual Festival of Lights Celebration, and were treated to Bollywood dances, traditional sweets and unique homemade crafts.

"Portrait in Flesh," by 16-year-old Malayah Borroso, finished first in the 15-18 age category of the annual Scary Story contest.

"George" by 14-year-old Oonah Barnes, finished first in the 11-14 age category of the annual Scary Story contest.

Submissions will be used on Port Coquitlam's official Christmas card as well as cards sent by the mayor and councillors.

"Good morning, Tony!" by 16-year-old Lexi Johnson, finished second in the 15-18 age category of the annual Scary Story contest.

"The Ichor of Black Hollow," by 13-year-old Devansh Kumar, finished second in the 11-13 age category of the annual Scary Story contest.
