Man due in Port Coquitlam court for assault, theft wanted by police

Glenn Schickerowsky is due in Port Coquitlam Provincial Court next year for crimes related to assault and breaching his release order.

A 37-year-old man is sought by police and due in Port Coquitlam Provincial Court next year for charges related to assault, criminal harassment and theft.

A warrant for Glenn Schickerowsky's arrest was issued last week. and Metro Vancouver Crime Stoppers has added him to its "most wanted" list.

Now, Metro Vancouver Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding Schickerowsky.

His charges are primarily linked to incidents in Maple Ridge.

Schickerowsky is currently wanted on two counts each of criminal harassment and theft under $5,000, as well as six counts of failing to comply with the conditions of his release order.

However, he's also facing charges involving assault from November last year and impaired driving in November, 2020.

Schickerowsky was also released on bail back in January following "judical interm results" with his involvement in a sexual assault case from August 2021.

As of this publication (Nov. 16), his next PoCo court appearance on his current charges is in March, 2023.

Schickerowsky's warrant officially took effect last Thursday (Nov. 10).

    • Possibly shaved head
