A giant food truck festival is coming to Coquitlam just in time for the Mother's Day weekend.
The Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival will be holding a Coquitlam Block Party May 13 and May 14 at Town Centre Park, which is close to the Lafarge Lake-Douglas SkyTrain station.
At least 25 food trucks offering a wide selection of snacks, hot meals and treats, are coming to this year's free event will be sure to please every palate.
As well, there will be a market featuring two dozen local businesses, live entertainment and a beer garden.
For those with diet restrictions, there will be vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options to try.
The hours will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on May 13 and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on May 14.
