Coquitlam's Taylor Heinrichs will be springing down court for the Spartans next fall. The six-foot-seven wing has signed on with Langley's Trinity Western University to toil on the Spartans men's basketball squad.

Traci Boss of the Coquitlam Cheetahs blasted to first in the women's 400 m hurdles in a personal-best 60.66 seconds at last weekend's Victoria Track Classic meet. Another Cheetah, Jade Vaughn, also set a new PB in the same event, finishing in 60.
