The Editor, Re. "A sweet boy's spiral, a mother's life lost" (The Tri-City News, July 4). I have enormous admiration for Erica Salemink's courage in sharing her story with the public.

FACE TO FACE: Develop or protect - what to do with the Riverview Hospital lands? I n 2007, the BC Liberals caused a political firestorm when they proposed to turn Coquitlam's Riverview Hospital lands into a massive housing development.

Housing sales are steady in the Fraser Valley, even as they seem to be in a bit more of a decline in Metro Vancouver.

The Editor, Port Moody councillors Rick Glumac, Zoë Royer and Rosemary Small clearly do not respect the voters of Port Moody. These people were not elected to grandstand and use their council seats as a soapbox. Smart meters , etc.
