Get ready for roses in the Tri-Cities this weekend. The Fraser Rose Society presents its annual Rose Festival and Show, titled "Roses Over the Rainbow." The event runs from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 25 and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
