Abbotsford Canucks training camp coming to Port Coquitlam

The Abbotsford Canucks will hold their training camp Oct. 5-8 at the Port Coquitlam Community Centre.

Hockey fans from Port Coquitlam and the Tri-Cities can see the Abbotsford Canucks in action at a training camp close to home.

The City of Port Coquitlam is hosting the American Hockey League (AHL) team's training camp with daily on-ice sessions from Wednesday, Oct. 5 to Saturday, Oct. 8 at the Port Coquitlam Community Centre (PCCC), in the Jon Baillie Arena.

The PCCC is located at 2150 Wilson Ave. and free underground parking is available.

Abbotsford Canucks will have on-ice sessions daily at PCCC and access to the training camp is open to both media and fans with building capacity to 750 viewers.

The camp will conclude with a scrimmage on Saturday, Oct. 8 at 6 p.m.; doors open at 5 p.m.

  • Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 10 a.m.
  • Thursday, Oct. 6 at 10 a.m.
  • Friday, Oct. 7 at 10 a.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 8 at 6 p.m. (scrimmage) 

About the Abbotsford Canucks

The Abbotsford Canucks are a professional ice hockey team based in Abbotsford and are members of the American Hockey League (AHL).

The team began play in the 2021–22 season with home games at Abbotsford Centre as the AHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Vancouver Canucks.
