FACE TO FACE: Are P3s a good way to build public infrastructure projects? W hen we need a new bridge or hospital, it sounds comforting to know that it will be built through a public-private partnership, or P3 .

The Editor, I've noticed a growing trend when paying with cash: In three cases, I was intentionally short-changed.

The Editor, Re. "Desperate and unreasonable" (Face to Face, The Tri-City News, Aug. 3). I have just read the arguments about B.C.

The Editor, Occasionally, to add purpose to my walk through our neighbourhood, I take with me tools to pick up garbage dropped on the street.

The Editor, We again went for a walk late this afternoon/early evening at Rocky Point Park in Port Moody. We were disgusted! The goose crap all over the sidewalks was unreal - the worst we have seen.
