The gardeners at the Colony Farm Community Gardens in Coquitlam is inviting the public for a guided tour this Sunday, July 24 at 3 p.m. This is a chance to see what organic vegetables look like before they reach your plate.

Hatchery volunteers needed

Volunteers are needed at the Noons Creek Hatchery for several projects over the coming months. On Monday, July 18 and Tuesday, July 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.volunteers will help with fin clipping.

Day camps at Victoria Hall

Day camps are available at Victoria Hall in Coquitlam this summer. The drop-in camps for children 6-10 years run 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and are filled with non-stop activity and fun. They run weekly Monday to Friday from July 18 to Aug. 26.
