FACE TO FACE: Are bike lanes a scourge on city streets or a useful investment? V ancouver's indomitable mayor is at it again.

Riverview Hospital is closing this summer. Will anyone mourn? Will anyone care? Hundreds, even thousands, of Tri-City residents used to work there, and thousands of British Columbians lived there while dealing with mental health issues.

Y ou've seen it. Guaranteed. The sign on Lougheed Highway saying "Thank you Larry for all the wonderful years." It is just half a block east of Shaughnessy in Port Coquitlam. You've seen him. Guaranteed.

As the Rick Hansen Relay winds its way through Coquitlam and Port Moody today, many young people will be on the sidelines watching this determined hero do his bit to make a difference.
